{"id":1552,"date":"2020-07-07T22:01:09","date_gmt":"2020-07-07T14:01:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kimia.fmipa.untad.ac.id\/?page_id=1552"},"modified":"2025-06-16T02:12:08","modified_gmt":"2025-06-16T02:12:08","slug":"manajemen-laboratorium","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/kimia.fmipa.untad.ac.id\/?page_id=1552","title":{"rendered":"Manajemen Laboratorium"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Deskripsi Mata Kuliah:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Matakuliah membahas tentang manajemen laboratorium hinggga mampu mendeskripsikan pengertian, fungsi, dan manfaat laboratorium kimia<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pokok Bahasan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Laboratorium Kimia: pengertian, jenis, fungsi\/tujuan, desain dan fasilitas, dan selayang pandang manajemen laboratorium.<\/li>\n<li>Instrumen Keselamatan dan Keamanaan Kerja Laboratorium Kimia: pengertian, tujuan dan fungsi, jenis pelindung (engineering control &amp; personal protection equipment), regulasi (tatatertib, prosedur operasional baku\/SOP)<\/li>\n<li>Bahan Kimia (Chemicals): pengertian (matter, substance, compund, and element), jenis bahan kimia (berdasarkan wujud\/bentuk, purity-impurity), bahaya dan pencegahannya, assessment bahan kimia (tingkat dan kelas racun, flamability-reactive-explosivability), pemaparan (exposure), bahaya fisik dan hayati bahan kimia, simbol dan sistem informasi (GHS label, HMIS label, NFPA label, Risk &amp; Safety Phrases, MSDS)<\/li>\n<li>Peralatan Lab. Kimia: equipment (bahan pembuatannya: glassware-porcelainware- plasticware-metalware-woodware-gabungan, fungsi: pengukuran massa-pengkuran volume-pengukuran tekanan, ketelitian: makro-semimikro-mikro-smallscale), instrumentation (tujuan\/fungsi, jenis: pengukur-pemisah-dan paduannya-spectrometer\/chromatograph, ketelitian)<\/li>\n<li>Bekerja dengan Barang Lab. Kimia: bekerja dengan peralatan lab (berdaya listrik, tekanan gas, temperatur, pelindung diri), bekerja dengan bahan kimia (manajemen bahan kimia: pengadaan-penyimpanan-pemindahan-pengangkutan-pengiriman, memperlakukan bahan kimia: perencanaan cermat, prosedur antisipasi bahaya toksik-terbakar-eksplosif- reaktif, pencegahan-penanganan tumpahan bahan kimia pada tubuh dan lingkungan.<\/li>\n<li>Limbah Laboratorium Kimia: pengertian dan penggolongan, pencegahan terjadinya limbah (17 langkah pedoman sebagai praktek baik\/good practices), mengidentifikasi dan menilai bahan kimia yang tidak dikenali\/\u201cunknown\u201d, langkah-langkah pengelolaan limbah, reduksi bahaya, dan pembuangan limbah (waste disposal).<\/li>\n<li>Administrasi dan Manajemen Laboratoorium: inventarisasi baran lab: alat dan bahan (daftar\/buku inventaris, kartu barang, logbook, cara penggunaan instrumen\/alat), tatakelola dan organisasi (personal\/SDM, organogram, job-description), pengenalan sistem manajemen lab terstandar (ISO\/SNI: 17025): pengertian, tujuan\/manfaat, orientasi, dokumen mutu, dan prosedur menuju lab terakreditasi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>RPS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kimia.fmipa.untad.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/RPS-Manajemen-Lab.doc\">RPS-Manajemen-Lab<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/kimia.fmipa.untad.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/RPS-Manajemen-Lab.doc\" class=\"wp-block-file__button\" download>Download<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Daftar Pustaka:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2010.
